Earlier Project – EnviroScan
Environmental scan of measuring instruments used in Québec to assess food supply in different living environments (2005-2015) (Enviro-Scan)
The Observatory wanted to develop a common strategy and tools for assessing and monitoring the food supply in living environments. In 2015, no study had identified the measurement tools used in Québec. The aim of this study was to document the current state of affairs by listing and analyzing the measurement tools used in Québec, since 2005, that describe the food supply in different living environments.
