Characterization of the food environment in the neighbourhoods surrounding the Grand Marché de Québec at its opening: Pilot project.
Against the backdrop of the emergence of the Grand Marché de Québec, this pilot project was carried out in summer 2019 in the Cité-Limoilou borough, which is recognized as an underprivileged area of Québec City. The general objective of this project is to produce an initial portrait of the food environment (geographical accessibility and quality of the food offer) in businesses in the disadvantaged neighborhoods surrounding the Grand Marché de Québec at the time of its opening.
