Starting January 1, 2026, this new symbol will be mandatory.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Veronique Provencher and Sonia Pomerleau of the Food Quality Observatory contributed to the report in the newspaper Le Soleil to discuss Health Canada\u2019s front-of-package labeling and its impact on consumers and the industry.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>To learn more about the regulations related to this
