Ce suivi a permis de constater la grande diversit\u00e9 de produits sur les tablettes dans cette cat\u00e9gorie, avec un total de 207 pizzas. Les pizzas aux l\u00e9gumes et charcuteries sont maintenant les plus pr\u00e9sentes sur le march\u00e9, alors que c\u2019\u00e9taient plut\u00f4t les pizzas aux charcuteries en 2017. Bien que la totalit\u00e9 des pizzas \u00e9tait riche en sodium et\/ou en gras satur\u00e9s, des progr\u00e8s en mati\u00e8re de sodium ont \u00e9t\u00e9 observ\u00e9s, avec une baisse de 5%.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Du c\u00f4t\u00e9 des barres granolas, c\u2019est un total de 369 barres qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9pertori\u00e9es, soit 59 produits suppl\u00e9mentaires comparativement \u00e0 2018. On a remarqu\u00e9 une hausse de diversit\u00e9 pour les barres d\u2019aspect naturel (p. ex. libell\u00e9es naturelles ou sans agent de conservation). Fait int\u00e9ressant, on a not\u00e9 une hausse marqu\u00e9e de 35% des teneurs en prot\u00e9ines, probablement attribuable en partie \u00e0 l\u2019augmentation de la diversit\u00e9 des barres destin\u00e9es aux sportifs.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Bien que les consommateurs aient d\u00e9laiss\u00e9 les barres avec un enrobage complet (baisse des ventes de -17 pp), il demeure que davantage de barres achet\u00e9es se retrouveraient avec le symbole nutritionnel de Sant\u00e9 Canada (49% plut\u00f4t que 41% en 2018) pour les sucres et\/ou les gras satur\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En somme, ces donn\u00e9es d\u00e9montrent que malgr\u00e9 certaines am\u00e9liorations, notamment en sodium et en prot\u00e9ines, un fort pourcentage des produits \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tude aurait l\u2019apposition du symbole nutritionnel pour au moins un des nutriments. Les donn\u00e9es d\u2019achat sugg\u00e8rent toutefois que les consommateurs sont au rendez-vous pour des aliments plus nutritifs. Les industriels qu\u00e9b\u00e9cois ont donc une place \u00e0 prendre dans cette part de march\u00e9 de l\u2019offre alimentaire am\u00e9lior\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Pour lire l\u2019article
